You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time from your SABRACADABRA account in the order history section.
You will also find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, and a shortcut to tracking is usually available from the footer section of sabracadabra.com.
You can return your online purchase within the return period indicated in our return policy. Returns are complimentary when you use the official SABRACADABRA return procedure. Please note that we are not responsible for items returned using alternative carriers or non-approved methods.
If you prefer an exchange, you may request a different size or colour of the same product, provided it is available and meets all return conditions. Exchanges for different products or different price points are not available at this time.
To initiate a return or exchange, go to the footer of sabracadabra.com and click on “Return Order,” or sign in to your SABRACADABRA account and select the corresponding order. Fill out the online form, select return or exchange, indicate the reason, and submit your request. After your request is submitted, we invite you to return your order within the timeframe specified in your instructions.
Make sure your item(s) are returned unused, in their original condition and with all tags, accessories and protective packaging intact. Items must be placed back in their original SABRACADABRA packaging before being shipped.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email containing your DHL return shipping label. If you did not receive the label or require a new one, please contact our client service.
Place the item(s) in the original packaging and outer shipping box, then attach the DHL return label securely over the original shipping label.
You can schedule a DHL collection for your return using the waybill number shown on the label, or drop your parcel at an authorized DHL collection point. DHL may provide local pickup options depending on your area. To find your nearest location or arrange pickup, visit the DHL website or contact our client service.
Once your return is on its way, you can check its status at any time from your SABRACADABRA account. After your parcel arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your request and in line with our return policy.
All sabracadabra.com orders are prepared in signature SABRACADABRA packaging and shipped inside a neutral outer box for protection and discretion.
We currently offer express delivery on most orders, typically within 1 to 3 working days, with complimentary shipping or clearly indicated fees shown at checkout, depending on your country and order details.
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment but will be delivered at a later date.
Each pre-order product page displays an estimated shipping timeframe so you know when the item is expected to dispatch.
If your order contains both available items and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each parcel as soon as it is handed over to the carrier.
Pre-order products can typically be purchased only with major credit or debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Alternative payment methods (including Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna) are not available for pre-orders.
As soon as your order has been prepared and handed over to our carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.
You can also follow the shipment from your SABRACADABRA account under your recent orders, where tracking updates will be displayed when available.
Depending on your delivery country, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance procedures determined by local authorities.
Whether such charges are included at checkout or payable upon delivery depends on your location and our service model for your country. Any additional amounts due on import are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless we expressly indicate otherwise at checkout.
